"Real"
When trying to decide on a name for our blog, the word real kept popping in my head. Matthew. has often questioned about his "real" mother/father. And I am pretty sure there are few adoptive parents that have not been approached by some well meaning idiot. asking about your child's "real"parents. If you cannot tell by now, I have an adverse reaction to the word "real". Then I found it, one day I was reading a book and what do you know, it began to speak about the word "real". Well, "real" is that which does not change . I will always love. my children, that will not change, that is real. My children will always love. me, that. will not change (excluding the teenage years of course) that is real. I want us to be seen as a REAL family, one that our love and respect for each other does not change . So, that is where the "real"part came in on this blog. And,I REALLY love my family, and that will never change ...it is very real.
